 1) Flat Belly Diet Drink

This special Winter Diet Drink will help you lose some extra fat from your belly. The recipe for this diet drink is quite simple.

  The ingredients required for this are:

  •  Lemon – 1
  • Cucumber – 1
  • Ginger – 1″ inch crushed
  •  Mints leaves – 10-15 leaves

   Procedure:

  •    Now first, slice lemon and cucumber without removing its skin.
  •    Now mix all them together in 2 liters of water for overnight.

And the next morning your diet drink is ready to consume. It can also be refrigerated only after its infusion overnight. You can consume this for minimum 4-6 weeks to see the best results out of it.

2) Sweet Potato soup

This recipe will help you for inch loss with minimum 1-2kg a week.

  • Wash the sweet potato. You can peel the skin off but its good if not removed. It can be cleaned from outside and blend it properly. Skin of sweet potato contains fiber and potassium.
  • Cut the thin slices using a sharp knife as it is quite tough to slice. Cut  350-400 gms of for serving 2 people.
  • Put them in a hot wok. Drop thin slices of onion in it and roast it with potatoes.
  • Also, add sliced ginger and minced garlic. Stir it properly.
  • Add Himalayan pink salt as per the taste. Sprinkle some crushed black peppercorns and add turmeric powder and mix it well. Roast the veggies properly. Now add two cups of water and cover it with lid. Let it cook till potato becomes soft to eat. It takes almost 15-20 mins.
  • Now shift the contents to Mixer and make its puree. Then shift this puree to pan and add water as per you want soup’s thickness. Now add salt as per your taste.
  • Add juice of one fresh lemon for lemony sync and also add chopped coriander for freshness.

Serve it in a bowl. You can add more coriander and green chilies for garnishing and Sweet potato soup is ready.Now you might be thinking why sweet potato is used. The reason is that sweet potato is full of Vitamin A which keeps our eyes and skin healthy. Also, they are rich in Vitamin B6, C and D. They contain a lot of potassium, magnesium, and help in blood sugar spikes. They help in losing weight as they are rich in dietary fiber, water content and low in calories. Thus it is great food for weight loss. It’s an oil-free recipe and doesn’t use oil for its cooking.
